Francis watched as a bloodied torso was thrown to the animals. The fericious creatures ripping it apart, much like what his body was doing to itself. The Inquisitor coughed into his white handkerchief, the red liquid from his own body soaking into the soft fabric.
Francis would see that his friends would reep the benefits of the Imperial before he perished but unfortunately it seemed his body was failing rapidly.

Saku wandered into the area, she hadn't paid but the doorman didn't seem to object when he saw the array of kunai she had about her person. Besides, she had been here before not too long ago, and they decided that it was probably best just to let her in, after they saw the other guard that tried to stop her physically.
She strayed across the stands, taking ehr own time, watching as a beast happened to tear a limb from one of the pathetic people that had ended up in this place. She wondered why they didn't just kill the animals, but then again, it was their choice.

Francis tipped the rim of his hat to block out the remaining sunlight. His eyes glanced up to see Saku picking her way through the crowd. Francis said nothing and simply watched the spectacle infront of him. This primitive sport did nothing for the Inquisitor except make him slightly angry in what direction the Imperial was taking.
Francis coughed again the blood poured from his mouth this time, he was getting worse everyday.

She continued along the stands, looking for an empty seat. Her eyes found their way over to Francis, and the golden opportunity of an empty seat in front of him. It seemed that people were nervous to block the dangerous looking man's view.
She saw him cough, but didn't think anything of it, making her way over and taking the seat in the row below his. She said nothing, her eyes wandering over to the massacre of people against the hungry animals that so craved fresh meat.

Francis smiled when he saw Saku and then titled his head forward his eyes staring at the floor. His heart rate had decreased phenomenally, a faint beating was felt vibrating through his chest.
"Saku you are here awfully early." The struggle to talk was obvious, his heart was pounding against his chest now, he needed a drink and to relax.

He didn't look well she noticed, he seemed a little strained. Perhaps he had caught something, it would explain the coughing she saw on her way over. "I got here before we were supposed to meet so I thought I would watch." She tipped her head forwards towards the battle, but it seemed as if they were clearing out now, and putting some fresh ones in.
The battles with the animals didn't really interest her, she was more interested in the battles they had with each other. Skills, it was interesting to watch skilled fighters brawling with each other for survival, but that was a rare occurance. "You don't look well." It was more fo a statement than a question, but she was a little curious.

"I be fine." Francis said once again as he closed his eyes and then reopened them. "So what do you think about our fourth not showing up? Kinda strange that he would leave it this late for himself to show up."
The Inquisitor watched as the last of the animals were put back into thier cages. "Saku you do know that the councilors do not care about your life? They will simply throw it away if you were a simple contestant in the arena."

Ludo gracefully walked down the front line of seats, not needing to adjust his trajectory, since everyone moved their legs to create a clear path.
He spotted the two in mid travel, then turned up the steps, where once again, paths were made ahead of him. No-one wanted to annoy this important looking man.

Saku watched the new combatants enter ready to fight for their lives with everything they had. "He'll be here. He always is in the end." She said, rather monotonously. She saw a man, kneeling down, begging to be saved and watched another kill him slowly and painfully, what a fool he was.
She didn't look back at Francis as she spoke, her eyes still focues on the arena. "And when they do, I will be alone. It is nothing that hasn't happened before." She had lived alone for a long time after she killed her parents, and although she was loathe to admit it, it felt longer than a year.
A shuffling and muttering in the crowd could be heard and she turned to look, seeing the vast bulk of Ludovais walking towards them, watching as the people pulled themselves out of the way, rather than annoy the dangerous looking man. "It seems another of our group has come."

Francis tucked the blood soaked handkerchief into his top pocket and watched at the huge form of Ludovais walked towards them. "Saku that leaves just our fourth once again."
The Inquisitor tipped the rim of his hat respectifully towards the ginat of the man and then readusted his hat once again to block the sunlight out. "Glad you could make it Ludovais."

Ludo said nothing, a slight dismayed frown resting on his face. It was always the same expression lately. This city wasn't kind to him; The people saw him as a freak and hated him, but at the same time feared him, not only because of his sheer mass, but because of the group he was in.
A father eyed Ludo, then picked up his child and quickly moved up nearly a meter along the seating from Francis clearing a space for the giant to sit down.
Ludo sat and the wooden benches groaned under his weight.
How could a parent bring a small child to see an innocent life lost? Such a barbaric nature this 'civilized' city had, that the infant actually enjoyed the bloodshed, and longed to be like the death-bringer standing on the sand circle towards the center of the auditorium.
Ludo longed to be rid of this claustrophobic city and out in the open, where he was judged only by himself.
His mighty hands rested on his knees, yet he remained silent to the duo besides him. He had no real respect for the Brethren and hated what they stood for. It was beyond him why he'd not left the group and escaped into his own peace, but something kept him with them perhaps the fear of them. Fear of what they could do to him, or his beloved aging father. He'd seen how they work many times, how merciless they all were.

The mismatched, dark eyes of this young woman were once more ont he bloodied sands of the arena. studying the lithe and swift movements of one particular fighter. He had killed the man sent to attack him now beginning his work on the rest of the group. It was amazing what people could do for their freedom.
She... the word enjoyed wasn't appropriate, but it was the only word she could thing of that described her emotions towards the bloodshed that was known as the arena. She paid attention to the battles, and her eyes, for once, rather than cold and lifeless were lucid, flicking from fight to fight with something that could be mistaken for longing.
Perhaps one of the problems of the arena, was the way she reacted. It inspired emotions in her, things that were not often seen, it made her... battle hungry, she could feel blood lust. When she was in a mood like this, she was dangerous, striking out to any that annoyed her, and worse still, rather than the ruthless and disconnected fight, killing them as quickly as possible, she loved it. She would laugh, and a disjointed smile tore her face open, looking more as if she were baring her teeth. In a fit of enjoyment like that, she could quickly be turned on friend and foe alike, simply killing for the sake of killing.
But only if she was wound up or annoyed. Watching battles often made her like that though it took something to spark her off, and usually that was never provided and she died back down into the depths of her silence again.
Her hands were resting on a small bag at her side, in there a variety of knives, throwing stars, several different lengths of wire and a few other weapons she saw fit to use. Sadly, no matter how skilled she was in mid range fighting, her short range was lacking. Her strength made it difficult for her to fight an adult close up, so she kept her distance, except in her fits of laughter.

Francis stood up his eyes blazing red, he didn't want any part of this if he could he would end the arena now and kill anyone who opposed him however he was getting older his life span wouldn't last the year if he kept fighting and so the aging warrior sat back down.
"Ludovais still no sound from our fourth?" Francis was getting agitated what the hell was keeping him from getting here if he didn't arrive soon then the meeting would go on without him.

Ludo looked towards the floor. The 'fourth member' he referred to was Erias, the most vile person in existence. A completely insane man, with no responsibility or reasoning behind his actions. He was spontaneous and violent.
Ludovais hated him intensely.
"No, no word." Came his rather quiet reply.
The crowd roared and Ludo kept his eyes on the floor. He assumed the mass applause came from another senceless death.

She hadn't seen Erias in a long time, althoguh her eyes did not leave the fight, she was listening intently. "Perhaps he has gone to have some fun." It wasn't a smile, but the corners of her lips turned, for a moment, a flicker of something before back to her impassive shell.
She knew that neither of the others approved of Erias, but something about him had similarities to her, although she could not link herself with others, she didn't understand the concept. But there was something inside her, something that called for blood the way he did. But she was younger, and female, it made things hard for her.
