The Academic Sector of the I.C. It consists of;

-A Library
-A University
-A Training ground
-A Garden
-A Chess Garden
-A Guildia (Place to create guilds and societies)

This district is home to all the upper-class inns, houses and pubs, all on the water. This sector is heavily guarded every day, due to it's wealthy nature.

A large colliseum-like structure is pressed towards the far wall, it's entrance laden with gold fabrics and extravagaunt statues of former heroes.

The wealthy audience are kept away from the poor audience, but they hold one thing in common - they come to see someone die. And many die every day, with the only reasoning being that they are prisoners or gladiators ready and willing to die.

You can make a fortune here, if you have the guts.

The poor people of the city live in this sector. Despite being poor, the place is far from slummy - each house has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a place for eating.

However, this luxury comes at a price - each inhabitant of the Imperial Housing Program is registered to the military, and if a war-horn is sounded, then each person, man woman and even children have to sign up immeadiately to surrender their labour to the Imperium.

Thousands of merchant tents line the sector all year around, selling anything from fruit to armour. There are shops, too permanently located in the stone buildings scattered around the square.
