Every house in the Ijitse district is similarly built, a simple wooden block, with central living room/kitchen/bedroom, with cupboards that house thick mattresses for sleeping, cooking equipment, and a slight bathroom built off of the central room. Commonly, they will clumped together in groups of four or six, and the houses near the docks are commonly on stilted districts.
The roads are relatively thin, crowded with workers going to and from home & work. Street merchants parade their wares and hawk their goods on every corner.
