Minisu is a large Monastery made of Holy Rock from the mountains. Dedicated to it's religion, it is a very solemn place, with hardly a noise heard throughout a year.
There are no windows, so the light comes from church candles or the small slits in the walls, letting in the breeze as well as a slither of light. The building is made of many walkways, which are all quite open to the elements, two rooms used for education, an open space for fighting, a tower for prayer, an eating room and many sleeping quarters.
In the center of the monastery is a small garden, with man-made waterfalls and a single blossom tree, which only flowers 3 days a year, (During which a fasting ceremony is held). Also in the garden is the 'The Great Sword', a sword set in stone, commemorating the death of Soshu the Leader of the Founders. Soshu was the initiator to the Monastery, to whom the entire contraction owes it's dues.
Food in the Monastery consists of beef, rice and bread, with a small selection of wines and milk. They eat with chopsticks and a small knife (Used for cutting 'stringy' meat). All food is gathered through trading, since nothing can be grown at this altitude. They mainly trade with the Imperial City, but sometimes more exotic foods are bought from the Hirren.
Due to the altitude and the unforgiving weather, the temperature never rises above 2*C, so the monks wear a thick shirt and trouser-like clothing, and a thick cream coloured toga.
They fight in the adeptly Ninjitsu style, using sticks and small blades as their weapons, though rarely if ever take part in real combat.
